Play & Learn Preschool

Play & Learn at SJCC Bnai Aaron is much more than a state licensed pre-school and kindergarten.  It is a stimulating, fun, warm, inviting and safe environment for early childhood development.  The Play & Learn community of involved parents, devoted teachers, rabbi and staff is committed to providing the best possible experience for children and their families.  Play & Learn's goals for your child include: 

• Increasing attention span and improving visual acuity and auditory skills
• Developing communication skills, social skills and a positive self-image
• Developing self-control, self-direction and independence
• Improving gross motor skills and manual dexterity
• Encouraging thoughtful and courteous behavior and personal responsibility
• Advancing intellectual development through teacher-directed and free choice activities

Our classes are run by certified professional teachers who bring a love of teaching young children to the classroom. We maintain excellent teacher to student ratios.

The Play & Learn program is infused with a love of Judaism.  Each week ends with a musical Shabbat program.  Children and their families are also invited to participate in the Munchkins and Mishpacha Service each Shabbat morning for children under the age of 6. 

We have programs for children in the following age groups:

Ages Six Months to Two Years

• Full day program

Two Year Olds

• Half day pre-school
• Optional lunch program

Three and Four Year Olds

• Half day or full day pre-school
• Afternoon enrichment program
• After hours supervised play

Five Year Olds

• Full day accredited kindergarten
• Half day kindergarten enrichment program

Early and Late Care

• Supervised early and late care for Play & Learn children is available from 8 A.M. to 9 A.M.                    and from 3 P.M. to 6 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Summer Camp

• 3 or 5 days, 4 week or 8 week programs
