United Synagogue Youth The Department of Youth Activities of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism inspires Jewish youth to explore, celebrate and practice ethical values, Zionism and community responsibility based on the ideology of the Conservative Movement. Koach Koach provides college-age students the opportunity to maintain and develop connections to Conservative Judaism. It seeks to nurture a love of Torah, the Jewish people, Israel and God though a variety of activities including social, religious, cultural and social action programs. Women's League for Conservative Judaism WLCJ is the largest synagogue based women's organization in the world. As an active arm of the Conservative/Masorti Movement, it provides services to 600 affiliated women's groups in synagogues across North America.
